Let’s get fit outdoors ladies and gents
Outdoor BOOTY up Conditioning Classes starts Sunday May 27th at 11:30am at Douglas Park Hill (Yes, men need nice booties too!). A lower body and full body conditioning focused program.
2 sessions each week on Sunday’s at 11:30am & Wednesdays at 4:30pm. Sundays are hill training, Wednesdays are full body conditioning. We will use a variety of simple equipment we can have fun with. Both sessions all for ALL LEVELS. Join us, have fun, meet new people and get fit. It’s an eight week program ending on Wednesday July 18, 2018.
