Swing and Lift w/ coach dan
A barbell and kettlebell focused training program with Coach Dan. You will learn the fundamental movements with both the barbell and kettlebell (squat, deadlift, swing, snatch, and more!). Take these teachings and incorporate these tools with your training or how to better cue, coach and work with clients using these training fundamentals. Get Stronger and acquire several new skills in the gym!
Program length is SIX weeks. Starts November 12, Sunday's at 11:30am. These 60 minute sessions will push you; make sure you get plenty of rest and proper hydration for the weekend. Geared for the intermediate to advanced training individual; there's no experience needed for this program but you will need the DRIVE to learn and want to work hard.
What's included in registering for the program?
- 6 - training sessions, Sunday's 11:30am (Make up sessions can be done M-F 4:30/5:30)
