You are here because you have decided to make a change. You are looking for an additional push, that motivate, that extra incentive for a complete lifestyle transformation.
What the Driven challenge is; 6 weeks support planning and accountability. An individualized nutrition plan for your goals and your bodies overall needs. A 5 day guided workout plan to accelerate your body composition change, a combination of strength training and cardio conditioning. You will be added to our support and accountability group, A closed group for all to share successes, challenges and support each other along the way.
This challenge is for anyone looking to make a physical and mental change. We provide you with the tools and support to succeed.
