I chose to be a personal trainer because I have always felt that it’s important to help others. Through personal training, I can share what I know in a way that improves someone’s quality of life and to me that feels incredibly gratifying.
My approach to personal training isn’t about just training but teaching too. When people begin to learn more about how their bodies move and function, they are able to better understand their own mind, body, and spirit. It’s my job to help clients discover that and help them understand the greater purpose of their personal goals because that’s when the most significant transformation happens.
